Kits For Sale
We just received a shipment of kits. If you would like to buy a
motorized bicycle engine kit and install it yourself, we have just what
you're looking for.
We spent about a month buying a few kits from different suppliers. We
tried them out and kept notes of which ones worked the best, installed
the best, and had the best features.
We pay a little more for our kits, but they are definitely worth it.
These are the kits that we want on our bikes.
We now
offer a
6 month warranty on our engines!
What makes our Motorized Bicycle Engine Kits better
than the others?
We actually ride ours! We install them and see what some of the
inherent problems are... and we fix them or upgrade them!
Our kits include a hardware package that only we put together.
These
are the nuts and bolts and a few things that we use for our
installations that are not included in any other kit on the market.
-
Upgraded
Machined Bolts, Nylon Locking Nuts, Safety Lock
Washers, and Washers for the Sprocket.
-
You
don't want your sprocket being held on with crappy bolts that
are ready to snap at any minute!
-
Upgraded
Machined Bolts, Nylon Locking Nuts, Safety Lock
Washers, and Washers for the Chain Tensioner.
-
You don't want your chain
tensioner held on with crappy bolts that will strip or snap at
any minute!
-
#8 strength bolt, nylon locking nut, safety lock
washer, and washer for the Universal Mounting Bracket.
-
This for attaching the front motor mount to your
bottom tube of the frame. If you use a crappy bolt from
Home Depot to attach the Universal Motor Mount to your frame, it
will eventually snap off! This is a VERY strong bolt and
it is VERY unlikely that it will snap off.
-
Machine Screws, safety lock
washers, and washers for the Universal Mounting Bracket.
-
We provide you with the screws
to attach the Universal Mounting Bracket to the engine.
These are used in place of the studs that come out of the front
mounting bracket on the engine. The stock U.M.B. includes
screws and nuts but they are WAY to short to do any good.
Ours will give you room to insert some
**bushings to limit vibrations on your motorized bicycle.
**These bushings are NOW INCLUDED in the
kit!
-
Quick Connectors Male and
Female.
-
The stock connectors for the
wires from the engine are crap. They disconnect frequently
without notice. Quite frankly, we got tired of customers
calling and saying there engine won't run... and us telling them
to reconnect the wires. Simple solution: we include better
wire connectors in the kit.
-
Superglue blue thread lock, otherwise known
as Locktite.
-
You don't want all those nuts
and bolts to vibrate off! Everybody tells you to put
Locktite on your nuts and bolts, We are the ONLY ones that
include it in the kit!
-
Pieces of rubber.
-
This helps protect the paint
on your bike when you attach the mounting brackets and also
helps reduce the vibration. This is NOT just a crappy
piece of inner-tube. We have found the best density and
thickness of rubber to use with the mounting brackets.
Ours is the ONLY kit available that offers
this!
-
Instructions.
-
Our kits include detailed, comprehensive
instructions. The stock kit comes with some lame,
confusing directions that looks pretty but are all but worthless
during installation.
| **If you are installing your kit to a
"Cruiser" style bike, let us know and we will give you a
sprocket that
will fit a coaster brake.
This keeps you from having to file a larger hole in the
center of the sprocket to make it fit.
No other Company
offers this! |

Important:
| To install this kit, the buyer may need
some basic hardware skill and tools. Most claim 4-6
hour installation, but as a general rule, when you are
installing it for the first time it takes most people a day
or two before they are riding the motorized bicycle. You
may very well be a lot more mechanically inclined than most
and it may actually take you only 6-8 hours to install the
entire kit. Although this kit fits
most bikes, there is no way for us to guarantee that it will
fit your individual bike. We can guarantee that you
will have to make some kind of simple modification to make it fit
your bike. You will have to do this with ANY kit you
buy, ours will fit just as good or better then any other kit
you buy. We have upgraded the kit for you to make it
better and easier to fit most bikes.
By purchasing our kit, your install
should be easier than if you purchased any other kit.
Our kit includes more detailed, comprehensive instructions. If you are installing on a "Cruiser" style
bike, we will give you a sprocket that actually fits!
(no other company offers this.) We will
include a hardware package that we use to install our kits
and includes upgraded stainless steel bolts, washers, lock
washers, lock nuts, a piece of rubber, and Blue thread lock.
We can not be responsible
for misuse of this kit or any warranty after installation.
We guarantee that you are getting a
kit from the same shipment that I have installed engines
from, and they all worked just fine. We have inspected
these kits and checked to see if they have been started.
We also check to see if the sprocket on the engine turns
freely when the clutch is engaged.
We guarantee that if WE installed the kit you
received, it probably would have worked.
That being said, If you encounter any
problems, call us and we'll see if there is anything we can do
for you. |
